      Paolo Barberis Chairman & Founder

Paolo Barberis is the Chairman of Dada, a leading international provider of web and mobile community & entertainment services.

He founded Dada in 1995 together with Alessandro Sordi, Angelo Falchetti and Jacopo Marello, after many years of research in digital communications.

Dada supported the development of the Net throughout Italy right from the very beginning by leading online users to discover the new phenomenon and providing them with new products and services aimed at transforming the Net into a natural meeting place.

In 1999 Barberis founded superEva (www.superEva.it), a leading brand on the Net which gathers together a large community and offers a wide range of entertainment services.

Barberis was also involved in the creation of the main Italian Internet Associations: in 1998 he became a founding member of the Italian section of IAB (Internet Advertising Bureau) and in 1999 he founded the Italian chapter of ISOC (Internet Society).

      Angelo Falchetti Chief Operating Officer

Angelo Falchetti is Chief Operating Officer of Dada.

As a co-founder of Dada, he supervises the group portal network and coordinated the superEva project from day one.

With a degree in Architecture from the University of Florence, he wrote an experimental thesis on virtual reality. Angelo Falchetti has always been passionate about new technology, personally monitoring the research and development of Dada technological platforms, striving for the convergence of the new forms of media.

      Lorenzo Lepri Chief Development Officer

Lorenzo Lepri graduated in 1996 from the Bocconi University of Milan majoring in Business Economics.

From 1996 to 2000 he worked at Mediobanca where he was responsible for extraordinary financial operations as vice-director of financial services.

Since 2000 Lepri has been working with the Dada Group where he is currently the Chief Development Officer, in charge of strategic planning, corporate development, M&A, legal and corporate affairs and investor relations.

In addition to being a Dada S.p.A. board member, Lepri is also chairman of Dada.net S.p.A., chairman of Dada USA Inc., chairman of E-box S.p.A. and member of the boards of Register.it S.p.A., My-TV S.p.A., Clarence S.r.l., Dada Media Science and Development - Beijing Co. Ltd., Upoc Networks Inc., Nominalia S.L., Namesco Ltd.

      Marco Argenti Managing Director Dada.net

With a degree in Computer Engineering from The University of Pisa, Marco Argenti previously worked in Canada for Microforum Inc., a company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. He returned to Italy in 2001 to become Chairman and Managing Director of Wireless Solutions, a Dada group company, as well as Executive Director of the Dada S.p.A. wireless projects.

In 2003 Argenti was appointed Managing Director of the Dada Consumer Division where he successfully contributed to transforming the activities of this division from ‘network of Portals’ into an ‘Online Operator’, able to offer the Italian market a unique range of Premium community and entertainment services, based on various payment methods and accessible both via web and mobile.

In June 2007 Marco Argenti was elected to the MEF board of directors, the prestigious association that represents all the stakeholders within the mobile entertainment value chain; with more than twenty years experience in the technology sector, Marco Argenti will contribute to the activity of the MEF bringing his know how on topics such as Content/IP Filtering, the implementation of mixed billing models and the optimization of web and mobile user experience.

      Claudio Corbetta Managing Director DadaPro

After graduating in Mathematics from Cambridge University in 1994, Corbetta started his career as a Consultant in the Strategic Services Division of Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

In 1998 he joined McKinsey&Co where he worked on several projects mainly in the banking and telecommunications sectors. Specifically, he worked on the reorganisation of one of the largest Italian banks. In 2000 he obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration at INSEAD, France.

Claudio Corbetta joined Dada in December 2000 as Director of the newly-conceived ASP Services Business Unit, then, after having planned and carried out the merger of all Dada ASP activities into Register.it S.p.A., he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the new Register.it S.p.A. in 2002.

Following the acquisition by Register.it S.p.A. of Nominalia SL in August 2006 and Namesco Ltd in July 2007, Claudio Corbetta became Managing Director of DadaPro business unit and Chief Executive Officer of the above mentioned companies – respectively leader in Spain and UK in domain & hosting market.

      Alessandro Sordi Senior Vice President Business Development DadaPro

Alessandro Sordi is Senior Vice President Business Development of the DadaPro business unit, and co-founder of Dada, the leading company in web & mobile community and entertainment services. He founded Dada in 1995 together with Paolo Barberis, Angelo Falchetti and Jacopo Marello.

Alessandro Sordi holds a degree in architecture and formerly was Chief Executive Officer, Vice-president and Commercial Director of Dada S.p.A. as well as member of the Board of Directors of Dada until June 2005.

Particularly interested in new technologies and the net development, Sordi is member of the Board of Audiweb, i.e. the company representing the top national and multinational spenders in advertising. He is also member of the Fedoweb Board of Directors, i.e. the association gathering the major on-line editors.
