friend$ now even for Splinder’s users
The program launched by Dada is now available also on Splinder’s platform
Milan, January 9th, 2008 –
Splinder, the number one Italian blogging community with more than 300.000 active blogs, adds a new feature to its platform: it’s called friend$ and it will allow bloggers to earn from the clicks they receive on the ads inside their blog pages.
The system is based on Google’s affiliation program AdSense, which usually splits between the provider of the ads (Google) and the owner of the platform (in this case Splinder) the advertising revenues generated by a click.
The innovation consists in dividing the quota for the platform between those bloggers who will allow the ads to appear on their web pages and Splinder itself, in a revenue sharing approach.
Through a control panel it will be possible to personalize the user’s page completely by choosing whether to show banners, their number, their position and their graphic.
Each user will then have at his disposal a management program, simple but complete, to decide in total freedom how to arrange ads and understand what is the personal balance between appearance and profit. All the information on the program can be found on Splinder’s manual http://manuale.splinder.com/tag/friends.
The program of social advertising friend$, launched in March for Dada.net’s community users - Splinder is part of Dada.net’s network - has allowed the 30 thousand users that have joined to earn almost 700 thousand dollars up to now.
