Splinder at the 6th Show for Small & Medium-sized Publishers talking about BLOGS!!!
Splinder, the number one blogging community in Italy, organizes SPAZIO BLOG and hosts the event PiùBLOG during the 6th Show for Small & Medium-sized Publishers, in Rome 6-9 December 2007.
Rome, December 5th 2007 – Splinder, with
SPAZIO BLOG by Splinder, is partner of "Più Libri Più Liberi" (http://www.piulibripiuliberi.it), the Show for Small & Medium-sized Publishers which will take place at Palazzo dei Congressi EUR in Rome from December 6th to the 9th, 2007.
Lo
SPAZIO BLOG by Splinder will host a rich program of debates and presentations organized by PiùBLOG (http://www.piublog.it).
The topic will be “blogs” in every aspect: Blogs and Media, Marketing and Information, Blogs and Politics, Blogs and Companies, Blogs and Books, Blogs and Literature, Blogs and Psyche, Blogs and Second Life, Blogs 3.0. And again Blogs and Theatre, Blogs and Cinema and even Blogs and Radio.
Some of the guests who will attend SPAZIO BLOG by Splinder are:
Bruno Pellegrini, founder of The Blog TV;
Umberto Croppi, Chief Executive of Valore-Italia;
Alberto Bevilacqua who will give young people the chance to discuss writing;
Tonino Cantelmi, the psychotherapist who has “psychoanalyzed” Internet since its origin;
Marco Strano, the criminologist expert in security on the Web and
Maria Rita Parsi who, together with other psychiatrists and psychotherapists, will talk about blogs written by young girls with eating disorders.
On Thursday December 6th at 10 am,
Marco Palombi, founder of Splinder.com, will lead the opening session of PiùBLOG talking about Blog, Media, Marketing & Information. During the afternoon,
Enrico Marchetto of the University of Trieste will introduce the topic “Blogs and Politics” talking about the results of the research DiarioAperto (http://www.diarioaperto.it/).
On Friday December 7th at 10 am,
Barbara Bellini, Dada.net’s Content & Community Manager and
Paolo Murgia, Dada.net’s Community Manager, will talk about the experiences that the members of the communities of Splinder and Dada.net undergo when dealing with the delicate problem of “eating disorders”. Again on Friday but at 5 pm,
Howard Liptzin, Dada.net’s Product Marketing Manager and
Marco Magnocavallo, founder of Blogo.it, will talk about the relationship between Blogs and Companies.
On Saturday December 8th at 10 am,
Maddalena Mapelli of
Ibrid@menti, the virtual experimental laboratory in collaboration with Cà Foscari University in Venice and Splinder, will lead the seminar on/off line entitled “Scrivere in Rete” (Writing on the Web). The seminar will also be open to all the contributions coming from bloggers connected in real time on http://www.ibridamenti.splinder.com.

At the end of the show,
Barcamp PiùBlogCamp (http://barcamp.org/PiuBlogCamp) will sum up all the topics faced during the show.
