Dada Ad launches the film “Scrivilo sui muri” in the virtual world of Habbo.it

Eagle Pictures promotes Giancarlo Scarchilli’s film via web thanks to Dada Ad


Milan, September 12th 2007 – Dada Ad, Dada’s advertising agency, which exclusively manages advertising spaces on the web, opens Habbo.it’s colorful world to Eagle Pictures, offering the chance to have a catchy and innovative web advertising planning.

The campaign has been entrusted to Mediacom and the promotion of the film, starring the young movie stars Critiana Capotondi, Primo Reggiani and Ludovico Fremont, widely takes advantage of all the advertising possibilities offered by Habbo, one of the most popular web communities for adolescents from 13 to 18 years of age, frequently used for launching young target web advertising campaigns.

From the 7th to the 21st of September, date in which the film will be released in the Italian cinemas, Habbo will have an editorial page dedicated to the film, and the “Writer’s Cafè”, a room inside Habbo’s community, will be personalized with a poster of the film; inside the room there will be multiple game opportunities that will involve young users: it is even possible to recreate a scene of the film starting with the trailer and be rewarded in the final soirée of Habbowood, Habbo.it’s world’s cinema Festival.
The users will be involved in a survey regarding the film and the first ones to reply will be able to embellish their own online space thanks to a free virtual object.

The first day of the campaign’s launch, Habbo’s young users were in a queue to enter the “Writer’s Room”, and participate to the room’s activities: another evidence of the fact that Dada Ad’s advertising plan opportunities reveal a growing success, thanks to a web network that counts more than 25 million unique visitors and 228 million of web page visits.(*)
