New York, Florence, - September 30, 2009 - Dada, international leader in Community and Entertainment services via web and mobile and in Domain, Hosting and advanced on-line Advertising solutions, announces the completion today of the operations relating to the strategic agreements signed on June 24 with Sony Music Entertainment and communicated on that date to the market.

Specifically, Sony Music contributed its 50% stake in the Joint Venture Dada Entertainment LLC to Dada.net S.p.A. (until today held 100% by the Parent Company Dada S.p.A.) in exchange for a 13% holding in Dada.net S.p.A. Concurrently, agreements relating to the shareholder structure and governance in addition to industrial agreements - as indicated in the preceding press release to which reference should be made - were also finalized.
