- March 13, 2009: Approval of Dada S.p.A.'s Balance Sheet draft consolidated to December 31st, 2008
- April 23-24, 2009: Shareholders' meeting for the approval of 2008 Financial Statements
- May 8, 2009: Approval of the Intermediate Report of the Dada Group as at March 31st, 2009
- July 27, 2009: Approval of Dada Group's Half-yearly financial Report as at June 30th, 2009
- November 10, 2009: Approval of the Intermediate Report of the Dada Group as at September 30th, 2009
-December 3, 2009: Approval of the closing forecast for the 2009 Balance Sheet for Dada S.p.A. and the Dada Group
