Convocation of Dada Board of Directors' Meeting and Resignation of a Director
Florence, November 12, 2008 -
The Dada S.p.A. Board of Directors has called a meeting for December 3,
2008 to review the organisational structure of the Company and the
Group.
On this date, the Dada S.p.A. and Dada Group preliminary
results for the year 2008 shall be submitted to the Board. The Dada
S.p.A. Board of Directors' meeting planned for December 5, 2008 shall
therefore be re-scheduled to December 3, 2008.
In addition, Marco Argenti, Director of Dada S.p.A., has resigned for
personal reasons. His resignation shall be effective as of the date of
the forthcoming Dada S.p.A. board meeting. Marco Argenti (who is not
member of any board committees and is believed to hold 56,081 Dada
shares) will leave the Group on December 15, 2008.
