Florence, April 11, 2008 - We hereby inform you that the Dada Group (MTA STAR: DA.MI) has published its 2007 Corporate Governance Report on its website at www.dada.dada.net. The Report has also been filed at the Company’s registered office and with Borsa Italiana S.p.A..
Dada S.p.A. also confirmed the adoption of the organization, management and control model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
