Florence, March 17, 2008 – Pursuant to articles 122 of the Legislative Decree 58/1998 and 131 of CONSOB Regulation No. 11971 of May, 14 1999, Dada S.p.A., with Headquarters in Florence, Viale Giovine Italia No.17, tax code, VAT Number and Florence company registry No. 04628280482, in accordance with the shareholder pact between Dada S.p.A. and RCS MediaGroup S.p.A. (formerly Holding di Partecipazioni Industriali S.p.A. or, in brief, HdP S.p.A.) located in Milan, Via San Marco 21, tax code and VAT number 12086540155, holds 2,417,957 common shares of Dada S.p.A. and completed on October 10, 2002, in virtue of which the number of the above-mentioned shares disposable daily on the stock-market by RCS MediaGroup S.p.A., except for the assignment of the so called “Blocks”, cannot be higher than 20% of the total amount of the Dada shares quoted the day before at the New Market (now Mercato Telematico Azionario) managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and in any case these shares cannot be sold (except for the selling of so-called “Blocks”) at a price lower than 95% of the official stock exchange closing price of the Dada share the previous day, announces that following the increase of Dada S.p.A.’s share capital subscribed on 6/02/2008 and registered at the Florence CCIAA on March 6, 2008 and made public to Borsa Italiana S.p.A. through the press release on March 10, 2008, the above mentioned 2,417,957 shares, subject of the pact represent, as at February 6, 2008 and at present, 14.91% of the subscribed and paid-in share capital of the Company.
The above announcement will be also be filed at the Florence Company Registry office in accordance with law.
