Notice of change in Dada share capital
Florence, March 6th, 2008 – Pursuant to CONSOB Regulations n. 11971/99, Dada S.p.A. hereby communicates the data regarding its paid and underwritten share capital following the partial underwriting of capital increases related to two stock option plans which occurred last February 6, 2008 resolved by the Dada S.p.A. Board of Directors on June 20, 2005 and March 16, 2006.
