April 23-24, 2008: Shareholders’ meeting for the approval of 2007 Financial Statements

May 9, 2008: Approval of the Intermediate Report of the Dada Group as at March 31st, 2008

August 1, 2008: Approval of Dada Group’s Half-yearly financial Report as at June 30th, 2008

November 10, 2008: Approval of the Intermediate Report of the Dada Group as at September 30th, 2008
