DADA REVIEWS THE PRELIMINARY FULL YEAR 2007 RESULTS, ABOVE EXPECTATIONS: REVENUES* ESTIMATED AT OVER EURO 157 MILLION AND EBITDA** OF APPROXIMATELY EURO 22 MILLION
Florence, December 4th, 2007 - The Board of Directors of Dada (MTAX of Borsa Italiana: DA.MI), chaired by Paolo Barberis, today reviewed the preliminary results of the Dada Group for the full year 2007.
The 2007 preliminary figures show a growth of
consolidated revenues* which are forecast at over Euro 157 million, above the prior guidance indicated of Euro 140-150 million, growing at a rate of about 41% compared to last year’s turnover which amounted to Euro 111.4 million.
The Group’s Ebitda** in 2007 is forecast to be Euro 22 million growing at a rate of about 40% compared to last year’s results.
The Board of Directors also reviewed the
expectations of the Company which forecasts consolidated revenues* for 2008 at over Euro 190 million.
During 2007, the following operations brought changes in the perimeter of consolidation of the Dada Group: February 2007, acquisition of 30% of E-Box S.r.l. (Blogo.it); June 2007, the handing over of 50% of Softec S.p.A.; July 2007, the signing of a 50% Joint Venture with SONY BMG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT for the establishment of Dada Entertainment LLC; July 2007, acquisition of 100% of Namesco Ltd.
The Officer responsible for preparing Dada S.p.A accounting documents, Federico Bronzi, certifies that, in compliance with the requirements of the second paragraph of section 154 bis of the Consolidated Finance Act, the financial information contained herein reflects the accounting entries, records and the books.
