Extraordinary Dada shareholders’ meeting: resolution to amend corporate by-laws
Florence, June 29, 2007 – The extraordinary Dada S.p.A. shareholders’ meeting (MTAX STAR segment, Italian Stock Exchange: DA.MI) which was held today under the chairmanship of Paolo Barberis, has resolved some amendments to the corporate by-laws, in large part for the purpose of adjusting them to the relevant implementation provisions of Law. no. 265/2005 (known as the “Savings Protection Law”) as amended by Legislative Decree no. 303/2006, issued by CONSOB on May 3, and in particular regarding the methods of appointment of the members of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors by means of list voting and the introduction of the position of Managing Director for the drafting of corporate accounting documents.
