Convocation of Dada Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting
Florence, May 25, 2007 – It was noted that the Dada S.p.A. Board of Directors today decided to call for an extraordinary shareholders' meeting to take place in the first instance on June 29, 2007, followed by a second, if necessary, on June 30, 2007 with the aim to decide about the proposals for the modification to the company's controlling bodies, so as to ensure that these controlling bodies are in accordance with the laws no. 262/2005 which were modified under the law n. 303/2006.
