DADA REVIEWS THE PRELIMINARY 2006 FULL YEAR RESULTS, ABOVE EXPECTATIONS: REVENUES ESTIMATED AT OVER EURO 110 MILLION AND EBITDA OF EURO15.5 MILLION
The expected revenues for the year 2006 will be above the guidance of Euro 90-95 million and are forecasted to be over Euro 110 million (+60% compared with 2005). The Ebitda is forecast at approx. Euro 15.5 million (+22%).
Florence, December 6, 2006 - The Board of Directors of Dada (MTAX of Borsa Italiana: DA.MI), chaired by Paolo Barberis, today reviewed the preliminary results of the Dada Group for the year to December 31, 2006.
The consolidated revenues for the full year of 2006 are forecast at over Euro 110 million, above the prior guidance indicated of Euro 90-95 million; the revenues of the Dada Group in 2005 amounted to Euro 69.9 million (+60%).
The Group Ebitda in 2006 is forecast to be Euro 15.5 million (+22% compared with the previous balance sheet). On February 12, 2007 the Board of Directors meeting will be held to approve the Quarterly Report of the Dada Group as at December 31, 2006.
The Board of Directors also reviewed the expectations of the Company which forecasts consolidated revenues in 2007 of between Euro 140 million and 150 million.
The Board of Directors also approved the corporate calendar of Dada S.p.A. to be transmitted to the Italian Stock Exchange:
- February 12, 2007: Approval of the Quarterly Report of the Dada Group as at December 31, 2006;
- March 9, 2007: Approval of the Draft Annual Accounts of Dada S.p.A. and of the Dada Group for the year 2006;
- April, 20 2007: Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the Annual Accounts for the year 2006;
- May 11, 2007: Approval of the Quarterly Report of the Dada Group as at March 31, 2007;
- July 27, 2007: Approval of the Quarterly Report of the Dada Group as at June 30, 2007;
- September 5, 2007: Approval of the Half-Year Report of Dada S.p.A. and the Dada Group 2007;
- November 8, 2007: Approval of the Quarterly Report of the Dada Group as at September 30, 2007;
- December 4, 2007: Review of the preliminary results of 2007 relating to Dada S.p.A. and to the Dada Group.
