Florence, February 13, 2006 - The Board of Directors of DADA (MTAX STAR: DA.MI), chaired by Paolo Barberis, today approved the consolidated Quarterly Report as at December 31, 2005.

Consolidated revenues of DADA Group in 2005 reported an increase of 44% compared to the previous year, amounting to Euro 69.8 million, while the consolidated EBITDA reported a further improvement, from Euro 6.1 million to Euro 12.7 million. The operating result for the 12 months amounted to Euro 8 million (Euro -0.3 million at 31/12/2004), while the Group net profit amounted to Euro 6.7 million, compared to a net loss of Euro 2.7 million in the previous year.

In the last quarter of the year, DADA Group recorded revenues of Euro 23.5 million (+57% compared to the same period in the previous year) and an EBITDA equal to Euro 3.4 million (+101%).

The short-term Net Financial Position for the full year increased from Euro 18.0 million at December 31, 2004 to Euro 23.1 million at the end of December 2005 (+28%).

The results of DADA Group during 2005 continued to record increasing levels of revenues from international activities, amounting to 15% of consolidated sales in the last quarter of the year. In addition to Italy, DADA currently operates with its reference brands DADAmobile - mobile entertainment - and superEva.com - community & dating - in the American, English, German, French and Chinese markets.
In particular, in the last quarter of 2005, DADAmobile Inc. - a 100% owned subsidiary of DADA, through which DADA offers its own personalisation and entertainment content via mobile on the US market - recorded a month on month average increase in sales of approximately 30%, with the largest contribution in the growth of overseas sales.

With reference to the growth opportunities, DADA intends to play a primary role in the current consolidation process in the sector that sees a strong development at an international level of entertainment and community services via web and via mobile.

It is recalled that on March 1, 2005 DADA will attend the STAR Conference 2006, held at Milan and organised by Borsa Italiana, which will provide further information on the results of the Group in 2005 and illustrate the future Outlook.
