February 4, 2008	Approval of the Quarterly Report of the Dada Group as at December 31th, 2007;

March 10, 2008	Approval of Dada S.p.A.’s Balance Sheet draft consolidated to December 31st, 2007;

April, 24-26, 2008	Shareholders’ meeting for the approval of 2007 Financial Statements;

May 9, 2008	Approval of the Intermediate Report of the Dada Group as at March 31st, 2008;

August 1, 2008	Approval of Dada Group’s Half-yearly financial Report as at June 30th, 2008;

November 10, 2008	Approval of the Intermediate Report of the Dada Group as at September 30th, 2008;

December 5, 2008	Approval of the closing forecast for the 2008 balance sheet for Dada S.p.A. and the Dada Group.
