Human Resources
The Human Resources team is responsible for the coordination of the personnel within the company and makes sure that the staff are adequately organized, in line with the company strategies.
The team is also responsible for facilitating in-house training and carrying out performance analyses to ensure both professional growth and the development of job-specific skills for its employees.
Search and selection
The recruitment process is manages by the Human Resources team who reviews a database of resumes, which have been received either spontaneously or as a result of advertisements placed on job search websites and business journals. The Human Resources team is also in touch with universities and business schools. The company also recruits directly among the company's interns.
The selection process consists of a first interview with the Human Resources team in order to evaluate the personal and professional characteristics of the candidate. The attitude and potential demonstrated during the interview are key factors for the evaluation of a candidate, as well as his/her professional skills and experience.
