Aiutare i Bambini Founded in 1999 by the Italian tycoon Goffredo Modena, the non-profit organization “Aiutare i Bambini” operates in many countries in the world supporting sick, discriminated and uneducated children, giving them the opportunity and the hope of a worthy life.

In January and February 2008, Dada supports two campaigns promoted by the non-profit organization “Aiutare i Bambini”.
The first campaign is dedicated to distance adoptions for supporting the well-being and the education of poor children in 26 countries in the world. The second campaign is called “Cuore di Bimbi” (Children’s heart), a project that aims to save 200 children with severe heart conditions, thanks to the intervention of heart surgeons and Italian hospitals and the set up of the Pediatric Unit of St. Elisabeth’s Hospital in Cameroun.

Fondazione Pangea Onlus The Pangea no-profit organisation was established in July 2002 by a group of volunteers, who each had different experience with working in the 3rd world sector, but particularly in the area of human rights violations.
This group set up an efficient organisation which provides concrete ways to tackle the problems that arise from wars, famine, dictatorhsips &/or climatic catastrophies.

Dada.net hosts Pangea’s campaigns in two special occasions throughout year 2008: on Saint Valentine’s day and on March 8th, for the International Woman’s day.
On Saint Valentine’s day on Pangea’s website visitors will be able to make a special gift to the beloved person through a donation that will sustain one of Pangea’s projects dedicated to children and women.

AMREF – African Medical and Research Foundation African Medical and Research Foundation is the leading local health organization in Africa. Founded in 1957, AMREF began as a small organization based in Nairobi. Just half a century later, AMREF has grown into a leading international health organization and an essential reference point for health and development in East Africa.
Almost all AMREF workers are African and they work hand in hand with their communities. This is in fact AMREF’s philosophy: African populations should take the lead in the continent’s development, working toward the day that Africa will no longer need to depend on assistance from abroad.

Crisis in Kenya
AMREF is in the frontline of the emergency situation in Kenya helping the victims of the post-election violence. Everyday AMREF assists thousands of displaced victims of violence, mainly children, offering emergency health care.

Theodora Onlus The Foundation Theodora Onlus has been bringing joy and happiness to hospitalized children since 1999. The Dream Doctors, a professional team of artists trained to work in hospitals, visit 12 Italian hospitals per week. At the bedside of the children, these clown- doctors use creativity and improvisation to make contact through games, adapting their approach to the health conditions of each child.
The Dream Doctors began in Switzerland in 1993, thanks to two brothers, André and Jan Poulie, in memory of their mother Theodora.
In 1995 the first Dream Doctor met with children at the Cancer Center in Milan.

In June and July Dada has offered space on its portal for Theodora Onlus to promote public awareness on the topic of children in the hospital. Hospital stays, in particular long stays, can be traumatic experiences, especially for children. This is why the Dream Doctors are committed to alleviating physiological strain on children.
